Benefits of Being In-Network
As a provider, you are constantly receiving incoming calls and emails about providing care to someone local in your community. As we know, not all individuals have long-term care insurance, Medicaid, or can even afford to private pay for hours.
As an in-network provider with Veterans First, you can gain more business by determining if these individuals will qualify for the Aid and Attendance and Pension benefits through the VA. This will allow them to obtain hours through your company, without them paying out of pocket.
Veterans First will reimburse you, as the provider, for all hours of home care that they are entitled to. Services may start anywhere between fifteen and thirty days after we receive the client’s information, and hours per week range from nine to twenty-four hours. Plus, over 40% of our clients chose to purchase additional hours at the agency’s private pay rate.

Your New Referral Source
By becoming an in-network provider with Veterans First, you have the ability to receive new referrals from us. We are constantly marketing and speaking with hospitals, rehab facilities, and the VA clinics and hospitals across the US. These facilities see us as a resource and will send us referrals on a consistent basis. Once these referrals come in, we will send them out to you if they are within your service area.
VA Providers
If your company is already licensed to provide home care through the VA, you will be able to gain more business by becoming in-network with Veterans First. When you receive a new referral from the VA, make us aware and we can speak with this referral to qualify them for additional hours through our program that will be provided by your agency.
Co-Marketing Together
As an additional service to your company, Veterans First is able to attend marketing events with your marketing department. When we both attend, we have seen that this makes a tremendous impact on the number of individuals speaking to both companies and shows the public that you want to help local veterans.
